  • Simple breath-work, with a focus on the heart and positive emotions to influence the psyche
  • Forrest inspired seated and supine twists and side bends to connect to the mind/body
  • Longer, yin influenced passive stretches  to release all over tension and free the breath

Includes elements of Indian head and neck massage, uplifting citrusy aromatherapy oil, Forrest yoga assists and a lovely long savasana.
