- Forrest inspired seated and supine twists and side bends to connect to the mind/body
- Longer, yin influenced passive stretches to release all over tension and free the breath
Includes elements of Indian head and neck massage, uplifting citrusy aromatherapy oil, Forrest yoga assists and a lovely long savasana.
