Create & flow: A Pottery and Yoga Day Retreat

Join me for a day of creativity, movement, relaxation and delicious, nourishing food.

This is not a “new year, new you” kind of event! Instead, it’s a chance to try something a little different in a  friendly, relaxed winter setting.

I’ve long been interested in blending yoga with creative practices. Stepping away from the everyday and experiencing the grounding effects of yoga alongside becoming fully absorbed in something like pottery can be a great way to unwind and find enjoyment. My hope is that people leave feeling both  relaxed and and qently invigorated by learning something new!

During the day, you’ll take part in a small-group pottery session, where you’ll learn the basics and have the opportunity to use the wheel under expert tuition. By the end of the session, you’ll have created something to take home with you. No experience is needed—when I once worried about whether I’d be able to make anything, Lucinda reassured me:
“Anyone can make a plate or a bowl—simple as that!”

The day also includes:

  • An all-levels gentle yoga flow
  • A final stretch and relaxation session to completely unwind
  • Snacks and lunch prepared by a vegan chef (the same chef who created the delicious food at last summer’s retreat, if you attended)

If time allows, they'll be also be a woodland walk.

The event takes place at a private residence in Beaconsfield, with free on-road parking available.

For any further questions, please feel free to email me.
